The elastic strap on the first mask came undone before I put it on to test the fit! Examining the rest of the masks, I found another where the seam of the strap didn't touch the strap (photo #1), and another where the weld only slightly attached the strap and could easily come loose (photo No. 2). In photos #3 and #4 I made repairs with glue. 3 out of 10 defective masks makes me wonder about AOK/Magid's quality control in terms of production and materials. Overall the masks fit/seal well and the filtration performance was good. I have used Magid eye protection before and never had a problem. I'm not sure I'll be buying more of their masks.
