Like: bag size; Plenty of storage space and pockets; Colour; well made with durable stitching; decorative brush; and easily converts from a backpack to a shoulder bag when needed. Cons: I wish the pockets in the main compartment had zippers as my wallet always hangs in my pocket when I put it back in. Also, the (actual) backpack straps themselves are too smooth, resulting in the metal clip (on the strap) never staying in place. So the straps change from short to long as soon as I put the bag on my shoulder. As a result, I often have to adjust the length of the strap.
