In January of this year at the age of 36 I went into cardiac arrest and needed a pacemaker. I'm fairly skinny and my pacemaker was implanted over my ribs just below my collarbone. So when I drive, the seat belt causes my clothing to rub against the implant site. This scar becomes painful and tender and I find it difficult to drive because of the constant pain. I've been looking for something similar ever since and my only option was something that pulled the seat belt to the side which wasn't very secure or a similar product that cost over $70! I finally found it and I can't believe the difference it made! I can finally drive and feel no pain or discomfort. Not only does this provide cushioning so the seat belt doesn't put pressure on my chest, it also slides up and down the seat belt as I move with my body movement, so there's no friction on my chest and no scarring. . Thank you for this great article! I have a second car and may buy another one so I don't have to move this from one car to another. I highly recommend this item!
