I have small ears like a 5'1" petite woman and they barely fit in my ears. This hurts. I use the smallest earbud (from which there are many). The left earpiece doesn't always charge in the case. I have to press it a bit longer to connect and I'm not sure if it stays connected. The contacts seem to behave inconsistently. I also have voice recordings found that say "power on, "primary", "secondary". "Headset connected" for each earbud every time it is put in ear is annoying. This can be compared to AirPods, which only play a single beep that plays when connected to a device.
