Poorly! Save your money and buy something else
Terrible quality for everything in this set. I'm new to sewing and didn't want to spend too much on a hobby I might not pursue, so I bought this kit. Unfortunately, I started using it a week after it expired on Amazon. Now I'm stuck with poor quality thread that breaks every few stitches, needles so thin they bend, and very dull scissors. And that's just part of what I've tried! Lesson Learned - Buy from a known brand, even if it's expensive. It's just not worth the disappointment.
