This is a good deal, the tape is quite sticky, can be washed/dampened and stays in place most of the time. The color is great, I love pink! There are many of these and they come in long rolls cut so you can use as many as you need. It has the flexibility it needs to have and it looks great and stays in place all the time. I had an angle lift both times, but it was minimal and still did its job of giving me the support and range I needed. Look at my photo, it's a photo after a full 8 hour day outside in 100 degree heat and after a shower. I was impressed how it held up and worked with a little bit of elasticity but not too much. I have found kinesio taping to be a useful tool for wrist, thumb and shoulder injuries, and there are many other options, but doing it yourself is difficult. I give it 4 solid stars.
