I don't remember how I decided to buy two external instead of one internal: I had to create a large reserve of disk space "for growth". Plus I wanted a separate disk for backups. All this did not fit inside or came out very expensive. Satisfied with the decision. For the price, everything turned out quite acceptable, although they take up space, it is not critical. If necessary, all working materials can be taken with you without climbing into the system unit. It is quiet, fast and does not heat up (under my tasks).
