Let me first say that despite my negative review of this screen protector I also purchased an iPad case from the same company and am completely satisfied with it. However protective film. completely different story. I tried to install this screen protector on my new iPad right away. I literally received it in the mail, took it out of the box to ensure the screen was clean and 100% free of oil and dust, and immediately attempted to apply the screen protector exactly as directed. Even though the iPad was completely clean, I still had a lot of small air bubbles that I couldn't get rid of. I've tried removing the protective film and reapplying as instructed if you had "large" air bubbles, but that just resulted in more small air bubbles that couldn't be removed. No one wants to use a screen protector on a shiny new iPad when you have to put up with staring at the screen covered in lots of little bubbles. I think you're better off having a case that covers the screen than trying to put on a screen protector like this.
