I've been stalking cat teepees for about two years now. I was expecting the largest at a reasonable price. Although I'm very happy that this company chose eco-friendly packaging... Each material was simply bound with a piece of flexi-binding... But the problem is that the material got very dirty and dusty. The company could wrap them in tissue paper to protect them. I considered returning them but it's not worth it because cats love them very much. However! They are not very strong due to the way the dowel rods are connected. They have a plastic connector that each dowel rod plugs into. It would make more sense if the manufacturer screwed the dowel rods into the plastic fitting that connects them. Since they aren't, they often come loose with the slightest movement, and then I have to figure out how to put them back together. It's a bit annoying. Also, I've tried cleaning the denim-like material, which isn't easy either. It had no washing instructions and I won't even toss it on the gentle cycle. Finally, I would never buy it at full price and I would advise you not to - because of the stuff I have. mentioned and there really isn't a pillow in a pillow either. I have to unfold the seam and put in more stuffing and they are such that the cats are more comfortable. I have found that they are more likely to get in if the tipi is placed on a soft carpet which adds more padding.
