Because this little easel box is so cheap, I seriously thought it would be a terrible waste of wood if I used it. I actually really like it and my only real complaint is the vague but minimal assembly instructions that come with it. It really just took me a while to figure out which screws to put where. Overall it's lightweight and fits my rather small and cluttered desk with minimal disruption to the clutter I already have. I also like the fact that I can store some of my supplies inside with minimal space to move them around. On projects big and small, I hate finding ways to store all the different tools and stuff related to what I'm doing together when I'm stopping, starting, or just want a change of scenery. I can store anything in this sturdy little combo easel and it doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart in my hands. I can put my usual pressure on him when I'm just minding my own business. I would only recommend that you keep the project tape in place as it's a little thick to trim everything around the edge. In the end, I'm surprisingly happy with it, especially considering it's cheap.
