It's hard to tell if they help block LED light from computers, headlights, street lamps, etc. I think they should reduce sharpness as little as possible. LED light as I sometimes reach for them while driving or working on the computer (with an LCD, not an LED). My eyes sting with LED computer screens so I haven't tried theses with any of these yet. I hope this technology develops to keep up with the development of LED lighting technologies, which are very harmful to the retina and brain. -Descendants of the Account Owner
