I recently ordered two online, one for my roommate and one for myself. We both installed ours before going on our Saturday cruise. The product is easy to use except for the on/off button which is a bit tricky to use when wearing gloves. Installed very easily, I ran mine from a test under the gas tank to a zippered triple clamp. After about 30 minutes or so my charger stopped working. The green light was still on but it wouldn't charge a phone you tried a different cable it just stopped working. I contacted the company, they replied I believe the same day and resolved the situation with a refund of the compensation and sending me a brand new device at no cost. I haven't received the new one yet, should be here in a few days. But even if it seems to me at first as if I had received an "unusual" product and my roommate continued to work according to plan, he took care of me as a customer and got 5 stars for it.
