Review on Neutrogena Oil-Free Liquid Eye Makeup Remover, Non-Greasy & Gentle Solution with Aloe & Cucumber Extract, 3.8 fl. oz by Constance Rodriguez

I've always loved Neutrogena products so I decided to try this eye makeup remover. I have no idea why this product is rated so highly. It removes shadows and eyeliner with ease, but the mascara seems totally resistant to its formula. I use a pretty basic mascara from the pharmacy; nothing particularly expensive or fancy but they all refuse to resist this product. I've tried applying it liberally to my lashes and then leaving it on for a few minutes and I'm getting better results, but nothing like the gentle, quick and thorough removal I've gotten from other brands. The point of eye makeup remover is to easily remove mascara without rubbing or rubbing delicate lashes. This remover is a disappointing failure.
