I've always loved Neutrogena products so I decided to try this eye makeup remover. I have no idea why this product is rated so highly. It removes shadows and eyeliner with ease, but the mascara seems totally resistant to its formula. I received my order today, immediately opened the box and was unpleasantly surprised by the packaging. The bottle looks old and used, scratch marks everywhere.
