Bad product, seal removed. A piece of tape is glued to it.
The product I received was unsealed but with a pharmacy tape on the top of the bottle. I have been buying this product for years and there has always been a product seal under the cap and also the product is oil free and 1/2 of the product looked correct and the other half was fogged up and separated which is not how it should be. I buy this product all the time. I bought 2 bottles from them and they were both like that, I don't know if they put anything in there or what they did. I will not use it in front of my eyes. This shouldn't be for sale! linda
