I received my order today, immediately opened the box and was unpleasantly surprised by the packaging. The bottle looks old and used, scratch marks everywhere. More importantly, there are NO seals or tamper evident tape on the bottle. Nothing to prevent counterfeiting of the product. Simply unscrew the cap and you have instant access to the liquid. This product was disposed of immediately. I went back/requested a refund to let them know of the situation. There was a notification that this is a non-returnable item; which I fully understand. However, don't let that stop you from requesting a refund. I had to call a representative and he gave me a loan. Very disappointed as this product has great reviews but I will not risk putting this liquid on my face, eyes or anywhere on my body.
