I'm actually a bit disappointed! I remember this being one of my favorite eye makeup removers since high school. I guess in high school I didn't know what she was talking about. That doesn't mean it's terrible! It just works well and I love it. I'll break it down into three sections for clarity: QUALITY: Neutrogena is broadly my skin care company. Almost all of my products are from them. They're easy to find, affordable, and generally work great. This gets three stars instead of four because I think it's of lower quality than the rest of their products. Only me. not impressed. Why? Nice that you asked! See. FEEL: It's oily. Oily, oily, oily. My skin looks like an oil slick after I'm done, honestly. It doesn't matter because it's eye makeup removal. I really hate that feeling and it feels sticky and heavy until I rinse the residue off the lid. If your skin is prone to breakouts I would not recommend this product. It's funny because it says "no oil" but I swear it's full! It's terrible! But EFFICIENCY: Like I said, it gets the job done in true Neutrogena style. If you are okay with the discomfort of a horrible-feeling product that leaves an unpleasant aftertaste on your eye. Then I think it's worth it! I guess I'll leave it at that: I WILL use the entire product, but I WILL NOT buy it again. Next time I'll try something different. Oh Neutrogena, this time you failed me!
