Classic and still the BEST in its price range. I've tried them all - Copycat CVS, Simple's, Loreal's. It is not only the best quality, but also the best value for money. Removes waterproof mascara without wiping lashes. Great for dry or sensitive skin like me. That nourishing after-feel is a plus for those concerned about sensitivity around the eyes or who have dry or more sensitive skin. From time to time I will deviate to try something new. but I keep coming back. It just WORKS. Tips: Use with cotton swabs or reusable make-up removal pads and don't forget to shake! Good job Neutrogena. *Updated: Tip #2. This CAN actually work with waterproof mascara... but only if you make sure to saturate the removal pad with product and then hold your lashes for 10-15 seconds. Get wet and lift, pierce and lift! You can't do it in one quick move, but it's just science. You have to let it soak into the makeup a little bit to dissolve and remove it. (Just like nail polish remover for old nail polish).
