Shutdown too easy
I have a similar product for Surface Pro that doesn't let me use more than one USB drive at a time. This allows me to use my webcam, microphone and USB stick at the same time, but has a fatal error. It detaches from the drive if I move it slightly. Since I work with the Surface Pro on my lap most of the time, I'm constantly bumping into it and unplugging the drive. Now I only use it for Zoom meetings. I returned to my other laptop to use. My other has a very reliable connection and allows me to use SD, Micro SD and USB at the same time.
