I'm recovering from a partially torn rotator cuff and let me tell you that one of the minor issues with lifting dishes is that Covering the table, loading and unloading the dishwasher. You wouldn't think the weight of the plates would make a huge difference, but if you've ever had shoulder pain, you know IT'S A BIG DEAL. Well, not anymore. These dishes are so easy I'm back in business. game changer! Are these the most beautiful dishes I have? nope But they are attractive. And while I gave them five stars for durability and strength, that's based on the fact that they came with little to no packaging (!) and completely intact with no chips or scratches on the bundle. If I drop one on a tile floor I doubt it will hold, but then nothing will. Five stars from me all round.
