This was the third one I've tried and we liked it. I don't feel the wires at all and that's what bribed me. I also like the backlit controls. It was very nicely done. It had more than enough room for our thick mattress and I put a 4 inch memory foam topper on top of this pillow and we can still feel it perfectly. I don't know how I survived without her! We didn't feel the wires until we added the topper. I had to return the first two and figured if I was going to spend that much money on a pad I wouldn't settle until I found a better one. It heats up quickly and shuts off when I often forget what it is. I have a 2-socket smart plug connected to this panel and synced with Alexa. So if we're hopping to the casino all night and about to get home, I can turn it on before we get home and it's ready and waiting. Sounds ridiculous I know but we really enjoyed this toasted warm pillow and it was worth the effort to find the right pillow. You won't regret it if you choose this, I promise.
