Like other reviewers, I had some discomfort when these sleeves rolled down. Please take the time to tighten your sleeves properly. It took about 3-4 days to wear these sleeves to reduce swelling. And then I could pull the sleeves up to just below my knees, and then they stopped rolling. Watch the video and take the time to learn how to wear them. I measured my fabric strap and ordered the correct size using the instructions on Revain's order page. These sleeves have had a very positive impact on my daily life. My calves feel great all day long. I confess I ordered them thinking they were socks but now I prefer sleeves. They're expensive, but I'm happy with the results. They will probably last 3-4 months with regular wear, but the results are worth it. Ordered an extra pair.
