This product is good and I tested it yesterday upon receipt. It fits my Xbox One and the accessories I need. My reason for only 4 stars is because of the strap attachment. The strap attachment points are on one side of the bag. This results in the bag not being properly balanced when wearing the strap. Most bags have attachment points on opposite sides to balance the bag. Not a deal breaker but something that would make a 5 bag for me. You can see in my photo how the bag tilts depending on how the straps are attached. However, I am mostly satisfied. I add that this bag was an amazing flight. This bag made it a lot easier to get through TSA. It was easy to remove the x-ray console. I was done and repacked in minutes. It also went well through my trolley. 4 flights and that's exactly what I need. Yes, it's not very soft, but it's perfect for carrying my Xbox One controller's power supply and all the necessary cables when flying. I am very happy.
