Easy to assemble but does not include all parts.
After buying an old OSD mount last year, I bought a "newer model". I wasn't impressed. There was no fourth large spacer in the package, but there was a very small spacer. Many of the screws that were included to attach to my TV were missing the M4 size I needed. A trip to the hardware store for screws wasn't as big a problem as missing a gasket. Quality control = not great. That being said, the TV now hangs on the wall, albeit a little closer than I'd like. I can't connect any of my RCA jacks because the large standoffs can't be fitted. Thank you Obama
