The first one I got I used it once and it cleans really well and the battery works well but there is a part to attach the bin and when I take it off got bins, the trash fell on the floor so i changed it. Before trying this one, I checked the canister latch and found that the part closing the canister was broken. Update: I did not return the second vacuum and contacted customer service instead. They were great and replaced the vacuum. This time without broken parts. The vacuum cleaner works great, picks up a lot of dirt and pet hair. Long battery life. He goes between chairs and maneuvers around everything, which I really like. I recommend this vacuum cleaner and if you have any problems you should contact customer service who will definitely help you.
