Review on 🐿️ Enhance Your Decor with Bioluz LED Dimmable Squirrel Decoration by Jason Lockwood

I bought two of these kits - one in January and one in July because I really liked them. Unfortunately, things quickly went wrong. Just before buying the second set, one of the first bulbs started flickering badly and eventually burned out. I ordered a second set and would only need 3 of the 6 so I knew spares were on the way and I could replace the burnt one with the advertised 3 year warranty. Unfortunately, the bulb from the second set that I used to replace the blown bulb didn't dim as evenly as the others. Now about half dimmed, the new bulb just goes out. I contacted customer service who immediately replied that they would replace my lightbulb and asked for a batch number. I sent it in and got an immediate response that a replacement would be shipped. Then nothing. Three weeks later I sent two unanswered messages to customer service asking where the replacement is and still no replacement. This is an unfortunate turn of events as I was really happy with the first set of bulbs (until one blew out). just 5 months into their 36 month warranty) and was willing to write such a good review of the lamps for their brightness, dimming capability and overall appearance. Now that I understand that I can't just put in a bulb from a different kit and expect the same dimming level as other bulbs from a different kit, a seasoned bad customer is just trying to get a replacement and now can't get them to respond to fulfill their guarantee. I've changed my mind and lowered my rating significantly. I took a chance with these unnamed brand lights. so i think i lost. I will know better than to buy them again.
