The menu is difficult to use like adding contacts.
I had to cancel my previous review. it is now october. I've had this horrible phone for 8 months!. not only is it toll free, but no numbers can be dialled. I have to dial 3-4 times before connecting as numbers are not registered when dialed. i want to return it it is also not good for hearing problems. it is definitely NOT call clarity. I'll drop that and get a regular V-teh. You never have a problem!
