With the weather getting chillier, I got this for my 7-yo daughter and she loves it. We use a low setting like one or two right now, and it's enough to keep her feeling warm and comfortable throughout the night. When winter comes, we'll set the temperature higher.Instead of wearing it over her body, she prefers to have the electric blanket underneath her, underneath a thin layer of regular blanket. This is good because the blanket won't get dirty as fast and we don't have it wash it very often.In terms of washing, I'm glad it's been designed for easy washing and cleaning.
