Don't wait for the zombie apocalypse to get one of these.

I really love gadgets, but only every once in a while do I find one that really surprises me: this one did. Height Weight. The size is perfect: very portable, not heavy, but packed with many features: you can throw it in your backpack and not notice it's there. The build quality is surprisingly good and with a retro style that reminds me of my grandparents' old radio: the orange color looks very nice Functionality: a lot in a small package! Let's start charging... choose what you want: - Plug it into the USB port to charge the internal lithium-ion battery.... or- Insert 3 AAA batteries... or- Turn it on for a few minutes... or- Use a solar panel to charge. They cover pretty much every possible scenario I can think of at home or camping. Radio So far I've tried FM radio and it works very well: - Great coverage - Great speaker considering the portable size. Flashlight It has two intensity levels and both are really good, the brighter one is better than the regular flashlight. My son loves it too. reading light. They advertise it as a 'reading lamp' but the brightness level (you also have two levels) is a lot brighter than I expected. At night you can use it to illuminate an entire room (or a tent). Siren (sound and light) The sound (using the internal lithium-ion battery) is very high-pitched: I hope I never have to use it, but that's enough for an emergency. Charger. I haven't used it to charge my phone yet: I'll try and update. Like I said, don't wait for the zombie apocalypse to get it: tons of features in a small package. , and very easy to use.
