The best magnetic clasps for jewelry! Each side of the clasp is a small flat plate with a magnet. The two plates sit next to each other and not on top of each other as with other magnetic clasps. The fact that there is a very strong magnet and then a non-slip comb when pulled makes for a really strong connection until you separate the magnets. If you want a magnetic clasp that opens when you pull it off, then this isn't for you. If you're looking for a magnetic clasp that works even if you accidentally press it, this is it! There is no locking mechanism. it is not necessary. Very smart design. Absolutely worth the money.
