Look at my confusion when the top of the hippo split open leaving the rubber grip underneath. The glue on the upper rubber grip has come loose. The hippopotamus will not work without a rubber grip. The phone is stuck. So, the last two days I have to open the clamp now, then with the clamp open. Is ANYBODY in Charger City actually using this product in an environment exceeding 81 feet Fahrenheit? Are we so apathetic to downplaying the quality of a product that we now just accept bad quality? Is American Wal-Marting acceptable? I have experience in quality management and know that my products are worth more money. I know that price is the hardest hurdle to overcome. I understand that ChargerCity probably saved some money by manufacturing this product overseas. And somewhere someone probably snagged a box that had a cheaper glue option. BUT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. Now if I'm being honest. NO. The other three Behemoths sit on the dash of my other three cars. All of them are conveniently housed in the garage. I have yet to ride them in over 81'F. Could the one in my Daily Driver be the only discrepancy? Of course he could. If that's the case, Charger City, I'll refute it with a one in four chance. BUT NOW. I take a stand. I no longer speak of the poor quality of the product. I'll probably be an ass and do all the returns just for being an ass. It's my fourth Monday of the week and Charger City, sorry, you've drawn the ire of an angry consumer. We all have to take a stand. We cannot accept mediocre products.
