This vest is amazing, it definitely fits true to size, you just need to look at the measurements on the pictures of different vests because everyone is different and the size is different for everyone. I have a large navy blue F and actually order a medium to see which fits better, this one is a bit large. I usually fall between medium and large when it comes to jackets. 178 lbs 5ft 8in For reference but yes you should definitely get this! Great stuff Zenana is a great brand. You can usually find this brand in boutiques for a much higher price!
