Review on ZeroWater ZR-004 Replacement Filter Cartridges 4-Pack: Ensuring Clean Water, a Basic Pack by Debra Brown

Although I gave this product a very low rating because I was very disappointed with this purchase. Since then I have received valuable information and should make corrections. I've had a Zero Water Filtration for about 4-5 years. So far I have never had any problems with changing the filter. I tried to find out by contacting the seller on Revain but couldn't. Filter and think that maybe that's why the filtering registers between 50 and 60 on the new filter. I was told that the filters with the "blue" ring should be adjusted a few times. Sometimes when they get wet they don't fit well and don't allow the filter to work properly. I kept two of the three that I thought were defective because I was fed up with the thought of buying a defective Revain product. Luckily, after speaking to the Zero Water Help Line, I was able to keep and continue using the two I felt were faulty. Sometimes all you have to do is contact the manufacturer for a clear answer.
