When I received it I immediately started working on my shoulders. To be honest, after the session ended I felt insanely painful, like after an hour of massage from a therapist, which I took as a good sign. I continued to use it daily. Comfortable work on the back and shoulder from the buttocks to the head, the warmth is noticeable but not intrusive. Right now I'm concentrating on the lower back and I suspect that after a few days these muscles will become too soft and relaxed. I also like the 15 minute auto shut off because otherwise it would be too easy to abuse long sessions without realizing it. So far I am impressed with the quality and comfort and would highly recommend it.
