I immediately contacted the spy. They let me walk for 2 months and told me to try different things. The camera took pictures but did not transmit them to Spypoint. This makes the $149.00 camera the same as the $49.00 camera. Finally they sent me an RMA request form. I've never seen anything like this. They ask me to answer questions to which they already know the answer. For example, the exact model number of the camera and proof of purchase. I assume this will lead to more fiddling with me instead of sending me a working camera.
