You can't sleep without it!

I sleep on my side, I started getting back and shoulder pain from sleeping on one side too much. I sleep better since using this pillow. No more back and should hurt when I wake up. And certainly less tossing and turning at night. I like that it stays in place when I move. It doesn't flatten out between my legs like other buyers have stated. I think the thickness is right.
