Oops! Below is a review of the car. However, 5 stars for the accessory pack. Everything is kept in one bag. Cozy. So far, so good. A few notes to think about: 1. Moved in 2 years ago. Tiles in kitchen, bathroom and hallway. So my grout and floors weren't that bad; since I washed weekly with Bona. However, the grout was rough in many high-traffic areas. From what I understand, some reviewers have mentioned that the brush didn't last long. I've noticed that you don't have to "rub" as hard as you think. In the beginning, grout cleaning sucks. After each explosion, I had to get on my hands and knees and dry myself to wash off the dirt. It would be nice to note: first I wiped with a mop, then wiped with a rag, then wiped with a mop again. After that, the service seems fine. I mop the Bona floor weekly and Neat on the floors once a month. 2. Oven: I have a self-cleaning oven and would rather not use this high-temperature feature. First use in the oven was after Thanksgiving apple pie. Unbeknownst to me, I misplaced the drip tray. So I really had a sugar drop. First I boiled water and poured in some baking soda and scrubbed with a soft brush. There are some but not all. I have to say that thing in the oven worked great. Yes, like the mortar, it was a constant popping and rubbing until I got it all together. Shower: It worked great on shower doors but honestly not sure if it saved time. So if you're doing this to remove chemicals, do it. The wall tiles are well cleaned. Found it to be a bit more work to use in the bathroom. There are shower doors so gave up and used a comet and a sponge. Used on kitchen countertops. Is done every time I use the machine on the floor but not weekly for me. I wipe down the countertops daily with a vinegar-based spray after washing dishes overnight.5. Used on all windows (inside). Worked great! But you need to erase the traces etc.5. Next: BBQ grill. Overall I'm very happy with this car so far. It's proven to be a great cleaning tool in the winter when you can't open the windows to vent chemical cleaners. The pressure is strong, the long cord rolls up nicely and easily. It's so easy to save. I decided to buy additional accessories and I'm glad I did. It came with a bag with a handle, and everything is perfectly stored there.
