I liked the novelty of this product so I decided to give it a try. It's inexpensive so I wasn't expecting it to have great sound for the price and it didn't work. No bass, no treble either. Not a big deal it's just a pool toy just to state my expectations - can't expect much from a waterproof speaker. Especially in the pool, when waves and water hit the speaker, the sound gets even duller. You just pick it up, shake off the water and the sound comes back. This is normal and not the reason why I give 1 star. The reason I give it 1 star is because Bluetooth is just plain rubbish. I can connect to it and play for about 4 minutes before it keeps losing connection. I have several Bluetooth speakers and several Bluetooth players at home, so I tried a few to rule out human error. It's not a range issue either, having been right next to it on a couple of occasions when it lost Bluetooth. I think it's just a cheap, unreliable bluetooth connector they put in there. I've been trying to get this thing to play for four days but I never got the whole song. Unfortunately I sent this junk back. I loved the new pool toys!
