I'm an avid online shopper, so I couldn't wait to check out Presentski's selection of women's apparel, footwear, and accessories. Unfortunately, my interaction with this web shop was a terrible one. The products I got were of poor quality, to begin with. In addition to not fitting as anticipated, the shoes I ordered were also uncomfortable and of poor quality. Some of the jewelry was broken or tarnished upon arrival, and overall the quality was not as high as promised. The service I got from the company's representatives was also subpar. I tried to return the goods, but customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, adding unnecessary steps to the process. Getting a refund was a major hassle, as it took weeks and numerous emails. Last but not least, the website's design and ordering procedure were both frustrating. The safety of my data while I was using the website was also a major worry of mine. My time spent with Presentski was disappointing overall. I would not suggest this website to anyone in search of high-quality apparel, footwear, or accessories. There are plenty of other web retailers that provide superior quality goods and support.
