I'm a beard lover and always looking for a good bear comb, especially one that looks cool. Other than that, this is one hell of a cool looking hairbrush, aesthetically it looks terrible. But from a functional point of view, the metal blades on the comb will rip your beard. After the first application, tears ran down my cheeks. So if you're not one of those mythical lucky ones who has a perfectly flowing beard, great for you, but for the rest of us with unruly beards, you might want to stick with plastic or sandalwood. Another disadvantage is that it leaves a metallic odor on your beard. Not much, but if you have a decent beard you know you can smell your beard all day and that slight metallic odor lingers. As cool as this hairbrush looks, I'm going to have to send it back. It's not worth $23 if it doesn't work.
