On the surface this looks really nice. However, on the very last part of the install, our contractor showed us that the faceplate cover for the shower handle does not align with the measurements on the inside. He cut the tile to the exact measurements of the inside pieces and when placing the faceplate, it was off skew. There is a large gap. Why don't they make the piece to match the measurements inside? I've emailed the company email address on the packaging. Hopefully they have new faceplates they can send. But I wish I had read more reviews and noticed that this isn't the quality product I was hoping for.
