Not very durable, could be good for everyday use

I use it for running 3-5 times a week. The velcro started to fail after a few months (now I've pinned my bracelet). The fabric material of the phone holder part will fall apart. It's cheap and cheaply made. It might be ok for light use, but I think you're better off spending more for a higher quality.
