The best thing is that it covers all areas of operational risks in one platform which helps to manage them effectively. It gives us more visibility into our business operations by providing real time reporting options as well as historical reports for analysis purposes. I do not think there are any negative points about this product at least now i dont have anything against its features so far! If you want complete coverage over your organization's operation then go ahead with this software because if nothing else we can say from experience that they provide full support when needed too!! We use Oracle JRockit ERP 9i (9.2) version 10 Production environment where application runs smoothly without much issues or problems faced while using ORPCM.
