Love it! It's so easy to use I was able to give my husband a 2 minute lesson on how to take care of his own wrinkles - a big seller for me! easy to use and heats up quickly; The whole process takes 5 minutes at most, and the wrinkles quickly disappear. I love the steam boost but I really like how quickly it heats up. I'm not much of a master ironer, but there are often shirts that could use a little love and this one is perfect for that. In fact, I would wish for more if it were wireless. It can be a little awkward to coordinate your movements with the cord, but it's no big deal. All in all, this is a very solid product.
