I like everything about this product from its simple interface till now when it has been upgraded so many times we didn't see any change even after paying money in support tickets! We are dealing mainly online businesses (retailers) where sometimes our products might be out of stock or wrong pricing details etc., So notifications help us notify users who have shown interest through their search history which helps generate more sales than if no notification was there at all!! I like how easy it is to setup and use. The notifications are very customizable. We have been able to reach more people than we thought possible with our marketing efforts. There's not much to dislike about this software. If you're looking for a tool that allows you to target your audience in ways that other platforms don't, then this should be at the top of your list. Our team has been able to reach out to thousands of people without having to spend a lot of time or money doing so.
