Bought two, one came broken one came ok. Thanks to Amazon and the ease of returns, they sent me a replacement within two days. But it's clear what you're reading is true, it's a cheap rubber and plastic product and I'm curious to see how long it lasts. However, the one that arrived safely seems to have a firm grip on my iPhone 11. I was a little nervous that it wouldn't even go overboard, but with a little tug it does. Hope the straps hold up as they're rubber and the iPhone 11 (with a decent case) is making the most of it . 360 rotation seems to work fine. Not sure I would recommend this product for mountain bikers on rough terrain as it moves a bit when I shake it in my hand. I took it for GPS in a beach town, so I think it will do for normal everyday use. I give 4 for the price.
