Great leather. I like the feel of the insole. The design is made of premium leather with excellent cushioning of the foot. I'm a big guy and I need good support. I love these shoes. My only complaint is that the size 10.5, which I usually wear, was way too big in every way. My heel slipped and they felt extra wide even in size M. I reordered a size 10 or 44 EUR and they are like heaven on my feet. In my opinion these are the best boat shoes I have found. I've tried most of them over the years. I recently tried a pair of Sperry Gold Cups, but the skin on the inside was too soft so my feet would stick to them when your foot got sweaty. MEPHISTO hurricane feels great. Really amazing. I love them so much I literally look forward to putting them on in the morning. In this time of Covid-19 I can't wait to get into my khaki shorts in the morning, put on these amazing shoes and get to work. I make my way from my bedroom to the dining table to start my workday and have a nice cup of Joe and Life is Beautiful!
