Review on 🚚 Uriah Products UC500010 Electric Trailer Jack with 7-Way Connector, 5000 lb. Weight Capacity, 12V DC - Black by Reggie Kern

I bought this for its plug and play ability. I was about to reassemble my trailer and add a battery as I don't have electric brakes on this trailer. I stumbled across this jack. I don't have a trailer brake control unit on this car. I was glad that my car's 7-pin plug was 12 volts. I liked the easy installation. Removed 3 screws, removed manual coupler, installed Uriah coupler, installed 3 screws, plugged into 7-pin plug. Can't say how long it will last but when I removed the trailer it tore the trailer tongue off the hitch. MUCH better than turning the crank a million times. The label on the button wasn't what I expected. I thought it was the direction of the foot. In fact, this is the direction of the language. UP is tongue up, not leg up. DOWN is the tongue down, not the lowered leg. The 5,000 pound load capacity is overkill for my current trailer. I am planning a larger trailer in the future and will take this jack with me. The jack looks well built and I think it will last a long time. October 12 update. My trailer was stolen and returned with damaged parts. The URIAH trailer socket cable was severed and the screws holding the plastic housing were missing. I emailed URIAH last Saturday asking if these parts were available. They said yes and if I pay the postage they will send it to me for free. Parts arrived yesterday. HOW COOL IS THAT? Thank you Andreas for your customer service.
