Perfect replacement, compatible with Max Cool mode.
Incredibly easy installation, careful inspection of the airend and final stage showed the quality of design is similar to OEM. Just as importantly, the Max cooling mode works with this replacement. A previous check found this not to be the case, but I'm happy to report that I haven't had this issue. This is a 10 minute job.
