These phones are cheaply made. They are huge too. Too big for small hands. The sounds are very loud and the light doesn't correlate well with the sounds. We ordered blue and pink for our twins and it was almost impossible for both of them to unscrew the back to put the batteries in. However, the company came forward and offered very fast and free refunds on both phones and they were great to work with. . They indicated that they are working to improve the quality of the product and we hope customers will buy even better in the future.
